- Once product returns are received, a refund will be issued for the product purchase price minus any shipping & handling fees, to the original form of payment.

Do you ship Internationally?
- Currently, we are only shipping within the U.S.
- All pricing on CoffeeConfessionals.com is provided in $USD and will be converted by your credit card provider, bank, or online payment option. We accept many forms of payment at checkout, for your convenience.
Package damaged in transit or missing items?
- If there is an issue with your package arriving damaged in transit resulting in product spilling or arriving damaged, please email us with your order number and photos of the products email@example.com and we will help resolve the issue. While we do our best to package our orders carefully, there may be issues during transit beyond our control that may cause damage to the contents of your order. We will do our best to resolve as quickly as possible.
