Shipping
  • Please allow for 7-14 business days for processing and shipping after you place an order. If there are any questions, please contact us at orders@coffeeconfessionals.com
  • Please note that since our coffee beans are freshly roasted after you place your order, the processing may take an extra 1-2 business days for roasting before it is shipped out.
  • Different items may ship from different locations.
  • Need to edit your order?
    Do you need to make a change to your order, edit your shipping address, or cancel your order? You can email orders@coffeeconfessionals.com for any questions regarding your order and/or with help processing a return.
    Currency Exchange
    All pricing on CoffeeConfessionals.com is provided in $USD and will be converted by your credit card provider, bank, or online payment option. We accept many forms of payment at checkout, for your convenience.
    What courier do you use for deliveries?
    We use a variety of couriers including USPS, DHL, FedEx and UPS depending on where the item is processed from and shipped to.
    Return Policy
  • We will gladly accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date if there are problems with the item.
  • We will only accept new and unused items.
  • Please send an e-mail to orders@coffeeconfessionals.com have your return processed. Please provide your name and order number as reference. You may also email orders@coffeeconfessionals.com for any questions regarding your order and/or with help processing a return.
  • Once product returns are received, a refund will be issued for the product purchase price minus any shipping & handling fees, to the original form of payment.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we are only shipping within the U.S.
    Package damaged in transit or missing items?
  • If there is an issue with your package arriving damaged in transit resulting in product spilling or arriving damaged, please email us with your order number and photos of the products orders@coffeeconfessionals.com and we will help resolve the issue. While we do our best to package our orders carefully, there may be issues during transit beyond our control that may cause damage to the contents of your order. We will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
  • If you received your order, but have received incorrect or missing items, please email us at orders@coffeeconfessionals.com with your order number. We will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
  • Can I track my item?
    Yes. You will be sent a confirmation email when your order is placed. After your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
    How do I apply a promotional code?
    You can apply a valid promotional code in the checkout before making your final purchase.
